Right in the middle of Yosemite, surrounded by magnificent landscapes, the Hotel is just another paradise. I felt like a Queen transported back to the 19th century, where life seemed to be much more genteel. Drinks on the wrap around porch at 5 pm ! Don’t miss the concerts at night. The piano man knows all about the history of the place.
Must see El Capitan, Half Dome, Yosemite Valley, The Sequoia groves, horse riding (even for beginners like me), hiking, Tolumne Meadows…
